All the items in our shop are premium high quality, they are true to size, fitted, and very soft. Size up if you prefer a looser fit. We occasionally use a brand with the same quality if anything is sold out.

DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING (DTG): How does it work?

With DTG printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. Its sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt. A special printer prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. We then cure the design in 350 degrees to lock it into the fibers. This technology leaves a smooth finish that never fades.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For the best and lasting results:

Wash shirts with cold water, inside out, DO NOT Bleach
Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates provided by printerval.com are based on expedited delivery options and dont take into account our processing time or weekends/holidays.

Please update to priority mail or priority mail express if you need the order within a timeframe of 2-4 days upon placement.

We do not offer refunds in the case of the order being delayed and not arriving for a trip deadline. Please upgrade to priority mail express to guarantee expedited delivery.

Please TRIPLE check your address. Please make sure that your saved address on printerval.com is your current address because we will ship your order by default to your saved address.

*If you entered the wrong address, please contact us right away. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped, NO exceptions. We dont offer refunds due to incorrect addresses given at checkout as the order is printed the same day.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Since all of our products are made to order, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. We print same-day on-demand and this is how we are able to meet our expedited timeframes.

Exchanges/Refunds are granted if the incorrect item has been sent by the seller.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will happily assist you to correct the issue.
If you have a question regarding sizing, please contact us before ordering. Sizing issues can not be refunded or exchanged, there are no exceptions.


BRANDS

We use Bella Canvas/Next Level for most of our Adult and Youth t-shirts, depending on the color purchased. We use Next Level for all white youth shirts. We will occasionally use Port and company which are the same quality and size if anything is temporarily sold out. Our Toddler and Baby t-shirts and bodysuits are Rabbit Skins, they are both the same quality and sizing.*PLEASE NOTE that there might be very slight differences in color/material depending on the brand. Please message us beforehand if you are particular about the colors being exact so we can special order for you and this can take an additional 3-5 business days.
